Getting my start working in higher education at NAS Jacksonville earning an MBA while working for the Navy College Office I had a unique chance to see the underbelly of the city. Jacksonville truly thrives on small businesses and wants everyone to succeed. I was able to network for years with businesses of various sizes, from sole proprietors to corporate giants, creating partnerships for the university. I was also able to attend and work with government corporations, nonprofits, and chambers across northeast Florida.

I started working for a large corporation, that let me work with small businesses across the country. I was able to dig into their business processes and help find areas to help save money and grow.

This lead me to owning my own small business, a residential & commerical construction company, that was making a profit when I left it to my partner to run solo. But before leaving I was able to build our social media, website, & online presence to get organic leads, manage our books, and convert leads into sales.
